Handmade Photobook, Glorified, Erin Lee Photography

This book observes the visible signs of narco-related violence on the streets of Culiacán in the Pacific coastal state of Sinaloa, Mexico. A visual record of the realities which exist in a city heavily influenced by narco lifestyle and culture. Abandoned mansions, a cemetery of outrageous mausoleums that resemble small apartments, footpaths lined with imposing cenotaphs in memory of the slain, alongside extremely well-kept botanical gardens, smooth pavements and luxury car dealerships.
